BC Adaptive Tour was a Huge Success

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT!

We were able to visit a number communities and provide meaningful adaptive paddle boarding experiences to many wonderful people along the way. Below you will find some of our favorite photos taken throughout the journey through Shuswap, Summerland, Sechelt, Kamloops, Buntzen Lake and Naniamo. Due to changing weather, the final destinations of the tour will be completed this coming spring, 2017 when we visit the Rocky Mountain Adaptive Program in Alberta, Sunshine Coast, Maple Ridge and Prince George. None of this would have been possible without the support of our donors and major sponsor and for that we will be forever grateful! A big shout out to all of our awesome paddlers, partnering organizations and volunteers.

OKANAGAN’S LAKES AND TRAILS ARE CALLING OUR NAME!

Access Revolution (AR) has moved to the Okanagan and we can’t wait to paddle and hike with you! We have fallen in love with the outdoor paradise, that is the Okanagan and have now set up shop in beautiful, Vernon BC. After spending the long and cold winter making the transition, our doors are now open and we are stoked to explore the breathtaking trails and lakes that make the Okanagan so special.

For those of you who live elsewhere, don’t fear! We will travel to your destination as AR still offers mobile services, across North America and beyond. Contact us for more information, if you are interested in setting up an adaptive outdoor adventure or event. We also provide consulting, program design and staff/volunteer training.

Become an Access Champion

Become an ambassador for accessible recreation and empower other community members to join your revolution. Access Revolution would not exist without our Access Champions. We need YOU to help drive the trend towards total inclusion both inside AND outside. An accessible world include the outdoors.

Need to Fundraise? We Can Help!

We have the connections and resources to help get your adaptive recreation program off to the right start. Our form letters, grant listings and direct contacts within the accessibility community can give you the push needed to quickly secure funds. We are here to help.
